Getting to Know the INW Dyslexia Alliance
Creating Lasting Change, Together.
Dyslexia affects 1 in 5 people, yet many still lack access to the support they need. At the INW Dyslexia Alliance, we’re breaking down barriers—so students can thrive in school and beyond.
-
Access to evidence-based training and structured literacy support varies widely across schools. Families searching for help often turn to private literacy intervention—individualized lessons delivered twice weekly—which can cost over $400 a month, putting it out of reach for many.
-
The INW Dyslexia Alliance partners with schools to provide professional development for educators and offers free training for caregivers—equipping them with tools, community, and a supportive space to better help struggling readers.
Our "donate-what-you-can" model ensures access for families of all income levels.
Through events like Clues for a Cause, we raise awareness and inspire action.
We also foster strategic partnerships that expand access, drive advocacy, and amplify the voices of those affected by dyslexia.
-
Your support helps us:
1. Train families and educators in research-backed strategies
2. Provide direct dyslexia-specific support
3. Fund awareness events and community outreach
4. Build partnerships that influence lasting changeWe’re working to make sure schools are places where all students can learn and thrive, teachers and families feel confident navigating dyslexia, and students know how to speak up for what they need.
