I authorize the INW Dyslexia Alliance to photograph, record, and otherwise document my child and me, as their parent or legal guardian. I grant permission for these photographs, videos, audio recordings, interviews, or other media to be used for purposes including marketing, advertising, social media, the organization’s website, newsletters, and other publications.

I waive the right to inspect or approve the final materials or their current or future use. I also waive any right to royalties, compensation, or other payment related to the creation or use of this media.
